The Kai affiliate program pays 15% on every subscription you refer, for 12 months.
Kai is an AI executive assistant: it sorts your inbox, takes your meeting notes, handles your calendar and keeps your tasks in one list. You share your link. Every person who subscribes through it earns you $7.50 a month per seat, for a year.
We review every application by hand and reply within a few days. No minimum audience size.

Kai is an AI executive assistant.
It connects to your calendar and your inbox, Google or Microsoft, and takes over the coordination that usually falls on you: what's on your plate today, what needs a reply, what got decided in a call and needs a follow-up. It writes the way you do, because it learns from your own sent mail.
Kai runs in the browser, as a Mac app and on iPhone and Android. It's in open beta, sign-up is free, and the trial doesn't ask for a card.

Your audience gets back the coordination work they've been doing by hand.
Each line below is something Kai does today, and each one is a scene you can show on screen in under a minute.
A morning brief that has already read their day
Set it up once, and every morning Kai reads their calendar and inbox and sends one short brief: what's on, what's urgent, what to tackle first.
Meeting notes that turn into tasks and a follow-up draft
Kai transcribes the call in the background; no bot joins. When it ends, the summary lands with the decisions, the next steps and the action items. Accept one and it becomes a task, and Kai drafts the follow-up email in their voice.
An inbox sorted before they open it, with replies drafted in their voice
Labels like Needs Reply and Waiting appear on their own. A thread that needs them shows a draft, written from mail they've already sent. They press send; Kai never sends on its own.
It works with the AI they already pay for
Kai has an MCP server. Connect Claude or ChatGPT once, with one approval screen they can revoke anytime, and it can read their live calendar, email, meetings and tasks and act on them with their sign-off.
Why it converts
- Free to try, and the trial doesn't take a card, so a click becomes a sign-up without friction.
- One plan at $50 per seat. Nothing to explain, no tiers to compare.
- Subscribers pay monthly, and you earn on every payment for 12 months.
From application to payout, in four steps.
Apply
We read every application ourselves and reply within a few days. There's no minimum audience size; what we look at is fit.
Get your link
You get go.hirekai.ai/your-name, plus a Dub dashboard that shows your clicks, sign-ups and earnings.
Post
A video, a newsletter issue, a blog post, a podcast mention. Say that you earn a commission, and put the link where people can click it.
Get paid
Each sale becomes payable 30 days later. Once you're past $20, Dub deposits it: to your bank account in your local currency, or as USDC to a wallet.
How the commission is counted, held and paid.
The part worth reading twice. The partner terms say the same thing at greater length.
- The rate
- 15% of net revenue: what Morgen actually keeps from the customer's payments, after taxes, payment fees and refunds.
- How long
- 12 months from the customer's first payment. If they cancel in month three, your commission stops with their payments. After month 12 it stops too.
- What counts as a sale
- A paid Kai Pro subscription from someone who signed up within 90 days of clicking your link. Free trials and unpaid sign-ups earn nothing until money moves. Attribution is last click: if they click another partner's link before signing up, that partner gets it.
- Seats
- Kai Pro is $50 per seat, so each seat earns you $7.50 a month and $90 over the year. A customer who adds seats earns you that on every one.
- The hold
- Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it came from. The hold is there so a refund can reverse the matching commission cleanly instead of being clawed back from you later.
- Refunds
- If a customer refunds or charges back a payment, the matching commission reverses. If it was already paid out to you, it comes off your next payout.
- Payouts
- Minimum $20; balances under that roll forward. You pick how Dub pays you: a bank transfer through Stripe Express in your local currency with no fee (up to 15 business days), or USDC to a stablecoin wallet within minutes, with a 0.5% fee. Which of the two you can use depends on your country. Dub collects the W-9 or W-8 your country requires, and a US partner paid $600 or more in a year gets a 1099-NEC.
- Your own subscription
- Not payable, and neither is a subscription bought by someone in your company or household.
- The customer's price
- The same as anyone else's, $50 per user per month. There's no discount code, so there's nothing for a coupon site to publish.
The media kit has the logos, the Kai character, product screenshots and swipe copy.
One zip: the Kai logo in light, dark and green as SVG and PNG, the mark on its own, the Kai character, a few product screenshots that won't age badly, the colour and font names, and two or three post captions and a newsletter blurb you can adapt. The README inside says what Kai is in 50 words and what not to do with the logo.
Use the logo as it comes: no recolouring, no stretching, no effects. Kai the character is never redrawn or given a mouth.

Say that it's an affiliate link.
#ad, “affiliate link” or “I earn a commission if you sign up” all work. It's the law in most countries, and it's what keeps your audience trusting you.
Don't bid on our brand in search ads.
No paid search on “Kai”, “hire Kai”, “hirekai”, “Kai by Morgen”, “Morgen” or misspellings of them, and no ads with hirekai.ai as the display URL. We run our own brand campaigns, and a partner bidding against them costs us twice: once to outbid the click, and again in commission on a click we'd already paid for.
Only claim what Kai does.
Kai drafts email; the user sends it. It proposes calendar changes; the user confirms them. It doesn't sync with Todoist, Notion or other task tools today. If you're not sure whether something is real, ask us before you film it.
No coupon, deal or cashback sites.
There's no discount to publish, so a listing there is a promise we can't keep.
The full partner terms cover eligibility, self-referral, rate changes and what happens to a balance when you leave. Read the partner terms.
Partner program FAQ
The questions we get before someone applies.
Apply at partners.dub.co/hirekai/apply. We read every application ourselves and reply within a few days. There's no minimum audience size; what we look at is fit, whether the people who follow you run their own work and everyone else's coordination. If you already have a Dub partner account from another program, the same login works.
Once you're approved, it's in your Dub partner dashboard: go.hirekai.ai followed by your slug. You can create extra links to specific pages on hirekai.ai from the same dashboard, and all of them carry your attribution.
15% of net revenue from every customer you refer, for 12 months from their first payment. Kai Pro is $50 per user per month, so one seat earns you $7.50 a month and $90 over the year. A customer with more seats earns you that on every seat. There's no cap on customers or on earnings.
Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it came from; the hold is there so a refund can reverse it cleanly. Once your payable balance passes $20 we release it and Dub deposits it, either to your bank account in your local currency through Stripe Express (no fee, up to 15 business days) or as USDC to a wallet (minutes, with a 0.5% fee). There's nothing to withdraw yourself. Dub also collects the W-9 or W-8 your country requires, and a US partner paid $600 or more in a year gets a 1099-NEC.
No. A newsletter with a few hundred readers who run their own businesses is a better fit than a big channel whose audience doesn't. We look at who follows you, not how many.
No. Kai's trial is free and doesn't take a card, so nothing is owed on it. The 90-day window runs from the click to the sign-up. Once someone has signed up through your link, their first paid invoice starts your commission, and their 12 months count from that payment.
If they cancel, your commission stops with their payments: cancel in month three, and you've earned three months. If they refund or charge back a payment, the matching commission reverses. If it was already paid out to you, it comes off your next payout.
No. They pay the same $50 per user per month as everyone else, and there's no code to type. That's also why coupon, deal and cashback sites aren't part of the program: there's nothing to publish.
Yes. Any channel works where you can either link or say the link out loud: go.hirekai.ai, then your slug. Disclose the affiliate relationship in the same place, and don't bid on the Kai brand in search ads.
Kai has one plan: $50 per user per month, the same for one person and for a team. A team that comes through your link earns you 15% on every seat, for 12 months.

Kai is in open beta, sign-up is free, and the first person you send us can start today.
