AI meeting assistant.
You talk. I'll handle the rest.

Kai catches the decisions, action items, and follow-ups from your call, then turns them into work you just sign off: the follow-up email drafted ready to send, the tasks ready to accept. No bot ever joins the call.

Before the meeting

Never walk in cold.
I did the prep.

Before the call starts, Kai pulls up the brief for your next meeting: who’s coming and their emails, the agenda, and the call link, straight from your calendar. You walk in with the context instead of scrambling for it in the first five minutes.

  • Attendees, agenda, and join link from the calendar event
  • Reads from your connected calendar
  • A one-page brief you skim in under a minute

During the meeting

Just have the conversation.
I catch every word.

Kai captures Zoom, Meet, and Teams with no visible bot in the room. No “Otter is recording” notice, no changed dynamic. On desktop Kai transcribes the whole conversation; on the web, your side of it, with speaker labels throughout.

  • Invisible to everyone else on the call
  • A speaker-labeled transcript of the call
  • Recording only ever with your permission

After the meeting

Every call becomes
a page I write up.

Raw transcripts are walls of text nobody reads. Kai turns each call into key decisions, open questions, and action items. Each gets an assignee and a due date when the call makes them clear.

  • Action items with owner and due date

Follow-ups don’t
slip past me.

Every action item goes through a quick triage. Accept, edit, or dismiss, then Kai drafts the follow-up email for you to send, books the follow-up, and files what you approve into your tasks. Nothing copied by hand.

Drafted, ready to send.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you save your spot.

Recording only happens with your explicit permission. Before you record, Kai reminds you to make sure everyone has given their consent, and hands you a ready-to-paste line you can drop into the chat. Your transcripts, summaries, and action items are private to your account, and you decide what to share: you can post a read-only link to a meeting (it shows the summary, action items, and full transcript) or keep it to yourself. You can delete any meeting you no longer want to keep.

Yes. Kai captures action items whether you’re the host or a participant, because it works from your own audio, not the host’s controls. It surfaces the commitments it hears, yours and your team’s, in the triage workspace for you to review.

Kai works on Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, and really on any call, because it captures the call audio itself rather than plugging into each platform. No bot joins and other participants install nothing. The desktop app captures the whole conversation, your mic plus the other side; in the browser, Kai captures your microphone. Action items surface in a triage workspace for review, then flow into your tasks.

Botless meeting recording captures audio and generates transcripts without adding a visible bot participant to the call. Unlike tools that show a named bot in the meeting gallery (like “Otter.ai” or “Fathom”), botless recording is invisible to other participants. This preserves the natural conversation dynamic while still capturing everything, so you get structured meeting notes and action items without the social friction.

Kai captures your Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams calls without a bot in the room. It transcribes the conversation, pulls out each commitment with an assignee and due date where the call makes them clear, and surfaces them in a triage workspace. You accept, edit, or dismiss each item, and accepted action items flow into your tasks, Morgen users get automatic routing.

Action items in a meeting are specific commitments, tasks, or deliverables that participants agree to complete after the call. They include a task description, an assignee, a due date, and context from the discussion. The problem is that meeting action items are often lost in notes or forgotten entirely, which is why automatic extraction with tools like Kai matters.
