AI email assistant.
You open it. I've handled it.
Kai reads every email as it lands, sorts your inbox, drafts the replies in your voice, and pulls the to-dos out of the thread. The noise is gone before you get there.
Kai sorts your inbox overnight
Overnight, eight emails land. Kai files three under Needs reply, two under FYI and one under Waiting for reply, and drops a newsletter and a receipt. By morning the emails that ask something of you carry suggested tasks.

You just send.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you start.
AI email triage is the automatic sorting of incoming email by what it needs from you, using the sender, the thread and how urgent it is. Instead of scanning every message, an AI email assistant like Kai files your mail under Needs reply, FYI and Waiting for reply, and leaves out the newsletters and receipts that need nothing, so you see what needs attention first.
An AI email assistant connects to your Gmail or Outlook inbox, reads each email as it arrives and sorts it by what it needs from you. It drafts the replies, suggests the tasks buried in a thread, and keeps track of the conversations where you're waiting on an answer, all before you open your inbox. You review, add the tasks you want, and send.
Yes. Before it drafts, Kai reads how you've written to that person before (the greeting, how formal you are, how long you write, how you sign off) and matches it. Drafts wait for you in Kai, ready to review, change and send, and they can also land in your Gmail or Outlook drafts if you turn on draft sync in Settings.
Kai reads each thread for what it asks of you: a document to send, a date to confirm, a decision to make. It shows them as suggested tasks under the email, each with who it's for. Add one and it goes to your task list with a link back to the thread; delete the ones you don't need. Tasks from your meetings land in the same list, so your action items live in one place.
In Kai, your email lands in three tabs: Needs reply (someone is waiting on you), FYI (worth knowing, nothing to send) and Waiting for reply (you're waiting on them). Mail that needs nothing, like newsletters, receipts and automated notices, never reaches a tab. Turn on label sync and Kai writes the same verdicts into Gmail or Outlook as five color-coded labels: Needs Reply, FYI, Waiting Reply, Other and Done.
Yes. When you're waiting on someone's reply, Kai keeps the thread. If three days pass without an answer, it shows up under Waiting for reply, and Draft nudge has Kai write a friendly follow-up for you to review and send. Kai doesn't send it on its own.
Yes. Kai connects to Gmail and Microsoft Outlook, more than one account if you have them. Drafted replies wait for you in Kai, and with draft sync on in Settings they also appear in your Gmail or Outlook drafts, so you can review and send from whichever you prefer.

Kai sorts the inbox, drafts the replies, and chases the threads that go quiet. You just hit send.
