Reply to any email, without opening your inbox.
Just say send.

Ask for an email and Kai looks in your Gmail and your Outlook, opens the thread, and hands you a draft. The Send button stays under your finger.

I stop at the Send button. You press it.

  1. Kai finds the thread

It searches across every inbox you've connected, by sender, keyword, or date. No digging.

  2. Kai reads the full context

The whole back-and-forth, oldest first, so the reply reflects what was actually said.

  3. Kai drafts in your voice

It studies how you write to that person and prepares an editable draft. Nothing is sent yet.

Kai writes the reply. You're the one who sends it.
I'll wait for your go.

Kai is asking for

  • Searches your inboxes when you ask
  • Reads the whole thread, oldest first
  • Writes a draft in your voice
  • Sends it, only on your explicit word

It cannot do these. Not with a prompt, not by mistake.

  • Never sends anything on its own
  • Never files, archives, or deletes your mail

You approve Kai once, for your whole account. That single approval is what lets the other recipes move your calendar and brief you before calls. You can revoke it at any time.

One URL. Pasted once. That's the whole setup.

It works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, and any other app that reads MCP. No API key, no plugin, nothing to install. Free with your Kai account.

Kai needs your inbox, calendar and meetings connected first. That is what the connector reaches into.

  1. Copy Kai's connector URL

    https://api.morgen.so/mcp-kai
  2. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Paste the URL.

  3. Approve it once on Kai's own screen. It shows up in the Claude phone apps too.

One Kai. Your Gmail, your Outlook, both calendars, every meeting.
Ask me for any of them.

The reply was the easy part. The connection that reached into your inbox reaches the rest of your day too. So the next message can clear your afternoon, or brief you on the person you're about to call, without you setting anything up twice.

You approve it once. After that, the work comes to the chat you were already in.

Replying from your AI app, answered

The honest fine print.

It can search the inboxes you connect to Kai, the same way you would. It reads the thread you point it at so the reply makes sense. It cannot file, archive, star, or delete anything: on your mailbox Kai only reads and drafts.

No. Kai prepares a draft and shows it to you in the chat. It sends only when you explicitly say so, and you can throw the draft away at any point.

A Kai account with your email connected (Gmail or Outlook), and an AI app that supports custom connectors. You add Kai once and approve it on Kai's own screen. Around five minutes, once.

No. The Kai connector is free with your Kai account. Kai itself is a paid product after the trial.

In the Claude app, yes. You add the connector once on claude.ai and it shows up in the Claude iOS and Android apps. Tap the mic, say what you need, hit send. ChatGPT's custom connectors are web only for now, so the ChatGPT phone app cannot reach Kai yet.

Not yet. Voice input works (you speak, the app writes it down, you hit send), but no assistant runs connector tools inside its live voice mode today. You read Kai's answer on screen.

Yes, at any time, from Kai. Access tokens are short lived, and the approval you gave can be pulled back in one click.
