Reschedule your whole afternoon in one message.
I'll tell everyone.

Something came up. Ask the AI chat you already have open, and Kai finds what can move, proposes the new times, and drafts the note to everyone affected.

Kai reads every calendar, picks what can move, and drafts the note to the people it affects.
I won't move a thing on my own.

Something urgent came up. Clear my afternoon: move what can move, and tell whoever is affected.
  1. Kai reads your afternoon

Every calendar you've connected, in one view, so it sees the conflicts you'd have missed.

Reads your schedule across every calendarlist_events
  2. Kai proposes the moves

What can move, where it lands, and what it would leave alone. You see the plan before anything happens.

Moves or edits an event you asked it to changeupdate_event
  3. Kai writes the note

One message to the people affected, in the way you'd write it. Still a draft.

Writes a draft in your voicecreate_email_draft
  4. You approve, then it happens

The calendar changes and the note goes out at the same moment, and not a second before you say so.

Sends it, only on your explicit wordsend_email_draft

Kai proposes the change. You're the one who approves it.
I'll wait for your go.

Kai is asking for

  • Reads your schedule across every calendar
  • Moves or edits an event you asked it to change
  • Writes a draft in your voice
  • Sends it, only on your explicit word

It cannot do these. Not with a prompt, not by mistake.

  • Never moves an event you did not ask it to move
  • Never invites anyone you did not name
  • Never sends anything on its own
  • Never files, archives, or deletes your mail

You approve Kai once, for your whole account. That single approval is what lets the other recipes move your calendar and brief you before calls. You can revoke it at any time.

  • Both inboxesKai searches your Gmail and your Outlook in one go, and drafts in your voice.
  • Every calendarWork and personal calendars, read together. One question covers both.
  • Your meetingsThe recaps and action items from meetings Kai sat through. No connector has these.
  • Your tasksKai writes dated tasks straight to your list. Nothing sent, nothing deleted.

You approve Kai once. Every app you ask from reaches everything Kai works with.

One URL. Pasted once. That's the whole setup.

It works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, and any other app that reads MCP. No API key, no plugin, nothing to install. Free with your Kai account.

Kai needs your inbox, calendar and meetings connected first. That is what the connector reaches into.

  1. Copy Kai's connector URL

    https://api.morgen.so/mcp-kai
  2. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Paste the URL.

  3. Approve it once on Kai's own screen. It shows up in the Claude phone apps too.

One Kai. Your Gmail, your Outlook, both calendars, every meeting.
Ask me for those too.

Your afternoon was the urgent part. The connection that moved it also reaches the inbox you never opened and every meeting Kai has sat through. So the next message can answer the email you were dreading, or brief you on the call you just moved.

You approve it once. After that, the work comes to the chat you were already in.

Rescheduling from your AI app, answered

The honest fine print.

No. Kai proposes the moves and shows you the plan. The calendar changes only when you approve, and you can turn any single move down.

Kai drafts the note and shows it to you. It goes out with the calendar change, on your word. Attendees on a moved event also get the normal calendar update from your provider.

The ones you connect to Kai. It reads them together, which is how it spots a conflict you would only have found by opening two apps.

Kai says so, and tells you what is in the way. It will not invent a slot that does not work.

In the Claude app, yes. You add the connector once on claude.ai and it shows up in the Claude iOS and Android apps. Tap the mic, say what you need, hit send. ChatGPT's custom connectors are web only for now, so the ChatGPT phone app cannot reach Kai yet.

Yes, at any time, from Kai. Access tokens are short lived, and the approval you gave can be pulled back in one click.
